How to Work with Us

We work with clients on a billable or by-project basis.
Our engagements are designed to help you achieve your unique business goals.

A typical engagement with us looks like this:
  1. Intake: In this initial phase, we work with you to understand your objectives and what you aim to accomplish. We'll work with you to understand your current state (processes, technology, and people). 
  2. Diagnose: In this phase, we identify root cause of your unique challenges, through interviews, data analysis, and market benchmarking. We then develop a customized plan of action designed to deliver long-term, sustainable results (leveraging process, people, and technology).
  3. Design: In this phase, we develop core assets, capabilities, and change activation strategy needed to implement our recommendation action plan. We work closely with your team to co-create our strategy and supporting bill of materials. 
  4. Implement: We work with you to implement the plan and track your progress.
  5. Evaluate Results: We evaluate the results of the engagement and make recommendations for ongoing improvement.
